The Office of the Chief of Staff supports the convening of a series of boards and committees that help to govern Harvard Library, as overseen by the Vice President for the Harvard Library and University Librarian and Roy E. Larsen Librarian for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. They include:

- Library Leadership Team
- School Library Directors’ Roundtable
