Danielle Adams

Assessment & Planning Program Manager

(She/her/hers)

As the Assessment and Program Manager in the Harvard Library, Danielle supports the Harvard Library by guiding and managing strategic initiatives and consulting with colleagues on their projects.  She collaborates with staff as a strategist, brainstorming partner, coach, project manager, and occasional nudge. No matter which role she’s playing, her goal is simple—to empower staff to make their ideas happen. Danielle wrote her first project plan at the age of 8 and has since learned that there is no one way to get an initiative off the ground, it's simply a matter of finding the method and tools that fit. She appreciates being able to apply that mindset to the library along with her colleagues in the Office of the Chief of Staff.

When she’s not hard at work on project plans and dashboards Danielle enjoys the traditional librarian pastimes of reading, knitting, and watching scary movies.
